How much time do I have to make a return?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason. Simply send the item back to us along with the completed cancellation form.
How does the return process work?
- Print and fully complete the cancellation form.
- Include the completed form with the product in the package.
- Pack the return securely, especially if using foil, paper, or cardboard packaging.
- Send the package to the appropriate address listed below.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued no later than 14 business days after the return is received. In most cases, however, the refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanges at SMMASH
How much does an exchange cost?
Exchanges are free of charge. You only pay for the return shipping; we cover the shipping cost of the new item.
How long does an exchange take?
Your exchange is usually processed within 5 business days after we receive your return — often even faster.
Can I exchange a product for a different model or price?
Exchanges are only possible for products of the same price. If you'd like a different item with a higher or lower price, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.
Complaints at SMMASH
How can I file a complaint?
Please send an email to [email protected] including the following:
- Photos clearly showing the product defect,
- A brief description of the issue,
- Your order number in the subject line.
We will forward the information to an independent expert who will professionally assess the complaint.
How long does the complaint process take?
Your complaint will be processed within 14 business days after the return is received. In most cases, however, you’ll receive a response within 1 to 2 business days.
What issues are excluded from complaints?
Complaints do not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect care (e.g. washing against care instructions), or incorrect storage.
Who covers the shipping costs for an approved complaint?
If your complaint is accepted, SMMASH will cover the cost of return shipping. The return address and instructions are listed above in the “Returns at SMMASH” section.
